>device drivers

>hardward glitches

(possible preempt)

>>turn off auto restart

right click windows

select settings

select advaced system settings

select startup and recovery settings

uncheck automatically restart

press okay

>>uninstall recently downloaded programs (if software issue)

right click windows

select settings

select apps and features

uninstall recently downloaded apps

>>redownload upgrade files

select search

search disk cleanup

select pertinent drive

select clean up system files
